We’re going to do these daily recaps little differently. Instead of focusing on the daily events, we’ve written posts about the area that we’ve been in.
For the last few days, we’ve been holding events around the Rochester area, the home of Wegmans. On Wednesday, we continued our trend of holding two events at different locations. We were at the Chili-Paul (make sure you pronounce it chai-lie, not chilly; the locals SERIOUSLY care) and Latta (Lat-ta, not lotta, the pronunciations up here are… interesting.
Ryan arrived early at Chili to meet up with one of our customers that we had met at the bar at Applebee’s the night before. Randall showed up early, waiting for us to set up just so he could sample and purchase a bag. What’s more, another woman who had overheard the conversations at Applebee’s ALSO showed up to buy a bag.
Matt and I went to Latta where we proceeded to, once again, sell out the entire store’s inventory of all three variations of Javazen. Ryan and Eric did the same and we extended our “sell-out” streak to seven stores.
In the evening, despite an exciting day, tragedy struck.
We had been aware of this coming, but Matt’s internship was at an end. His Mom came to meet us at our campsite to collect him for a final family vacation before he had to head back to school. It is with heavy hearts that we went to bed that night with memories of the best intern any of us had ever met still in our heads.
Corporate & Ridgemont
The next morning our the co-founders, Ryan & Eric, had a meeting at the Wegmans corporate office to discuss our tour, our products, and to plan with the management. While waiting for our meeting in the lobby they made friends with Marla who checked us in and gave them their badges. Everyone in the lobby was curious to see why we were dropped off in an RV for our meeting and loved hearing our story. Soon they got called back for our meeting with their contact, Ann. After a great meeting with Ann, Ryan and Eric headed back to the lobby to grab a cab to meet up with EJ who had begun our demo for the day.

After a successful update with Ann, Ryan and Eric headed back to the lobby to grab a cab to meet up with me as I had begun our demo for the day.
Arriving around noon, we sold through almost every bag of Javazen in the store and made some amazing new friends. With this day under our belt, we went to our campground to get ready for the biggest and busiest Wegmans in Rochester—Pittsford!
We hope that you're enjoying hearing about our journey! If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us in the comments below!
Zenfully,
The Javazen Road Crew,
