Day 20 Recap - Travel Day MA to PA

Waking up around 10 am, Ryan and I (Eric gone out in Boston with friends), spent the morning tidying the RV and playing Nintendo 64. Today the only objective was to make the journey from where were slept, Waltham, MA, to Scranton, PA. Our mission was to begin the Pennsylvania leg of our tour that would make up the last 10 days.

By noon we were on the road to pick up Eric from the city center, and by 1 pm we found ourselves on the road. From there it was a five-hour stretch across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, before reaching Pennsylvania. For me the driving was easy as most of it was high-speed highways.

At around 6 pm we arrived in Scranton. The town was nestled between the Appalachian foothills below us when we parked at Walmart for the evening. We immediately began looking for a local watering hole - it was Saturday night, after all.

We hope that you're enjoying hearing about our journey! If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us in the comments below!
